@dmchicago . . that looks so damn good.  I have COD in the fridge now, really hoping to try this out.  You pull the breading recipe from the Ad Hoc cookbook ??  Called "Crispy Fried Fish"  ??

Really a shame that we don’t see @smokingal around here anymore. Easily one of the most talented and prolific posters on the forum.
On the bright side, I’ve been able to quit statins now that her pics have subsided.
THANK YOU FOR YOUR ATTENTION TO THIS MATTER

She did have her own site, I can't remember what it was called.  Hope she's okay...

I’m sure she’s okay. I have no idea, but if I had to hazard a guess, I’d suspect she just gave up on the forum due to feedback she received; much in the same manner as Ron (mostly) gave up posting.

I feel like Ron was bullied off the forum.
I always enjoyed smokingals posts. I felt like she was probably the most talented cook I've come across anywhere.

Didn't cook these myself, but had very good "Mexican Street Tacos"...four different types. Did I say they were very good?

I like your taco holder . . . where did you get it?

@loco_engr, this appears to be the same product, just a different color...

I hate it when I go to the kitchen for food and all I find are ingredients!
