My Costco discontinued offering ribeye caps. When asked, one of the butchers said that "corporate" had made a decision to no longer offer ribeye cap steaks. Has Costco resumed offering my favorite cut? Here's a related article:

I purchased two prime ribeye cap steaks at Costco in Colorado Springs yesterday. $15.99/lbLarge Egg, PGS A40 gasser. -
Love the pinwheels. Yours look great. Our Costco just dropped the price on prime pinwheels from $19.99 to $15.99/lb. If you get a chance to get a whole primal rib section and separate your own cap, it makes a great cook. Here's one I did a while back.
