Saw this stuff the other day, and almost picked some up to keep outside by the eggs. 

What's the advantage? Less scrubbing/elbow grease? 

As a chemist, what I see here is the usual surfactants, but with the addition of alcohol.   So sure, it will give you an additional boost in solubility of contaminant solutes without the usual extra water to make the surfactants efficient. Probably will have an antiseptic effect used undiluted.

You pay more for this luxury,  but if you can fill the sink up with water and add soap, probably just as effective and cheaper.

Purell has some food safe stuff you don't need to rinse.  I bought a bunch of cases like a year ago.

Spray it on, no water, alcohol.  Convenience. But you have to rinse.

A drop of Dawn on a dish cloth has worked for years. I behind the times, man.
