Just Vote- What if you could choose "none of the above" on an election ballot? Millions of Americans do just that, in effect, by not voting. The result in 2016: "Nobody" won more counties, more states, and more electoral votes than either candidate for president.

Josh is a good guy and runs a great operation. He was one of my very first "shady parking lot" wagyu deals. I picked up 2 35# briskets from him a couple of years ago. I've bought a lot of stuff from him over the years- he shows at my local farmer's market which is shut down now and the reason for him opening the ranch. definitely worth a visit and if you have never seen a 100% wagyu cow, that's worth the trip in itself. They are enormous. Like a small Rhino. Turns out huge briskets come from huge cows.

A 35# brisket? Or a combined 35 for both of them? I’d say that a huge brisket.=======================================

@thetrim I don't remember when or how I came across this but I am making the connection, assuming its the same guy. At any rate this is good forum reading.

Each. They were as large as my torso. Never seen anything like it. Too bad they were 80% fat.thetrim said:A 35# brisket? Or a combined 35 for both of them? I’d say that a huge brisket.Keepin' It Weird in The ATX FBTX
