Getting back outside as Wisconsin winter comes to close... grass fed ribeye last weekend and pork loin cubanos on the rotisserie tonight. Lots of bad Covid-19 news for our family tonight...depressing.  My kid’s national swim meet cancelled in Orlando.  Countless hours of hard work without the payoff. Comparable egghead scenario:  prepping a batch of dry aged wagyu steaks for weeks only to find that on the last day they burned up in a garage fire. Trying to be grateful regardless of situation...
