Sous Vide Prime Tritip seared on a hot Egg. Black bean spaghetti with pesto sauce, and air fried Brussels Sprouts with Buffalo sauce and blue cheese crumbles. Very tasty.

We tried something similar at a local restaurant, but they were deep fried. I tried to recreate them at home, albeit a somewhat healthier version. Give them a try, you will enjoy them. We bought it at Costco. Only 8 grams net carbs per 2 oz serving due to the high fiber content, and 25 grams protein per serving.
