Simple tenderloin steak

Haven’t posted a cook in awhile so here are some simple tenderloin steaks with HC Black for dinner. Says on the label they were choice grade but I dunno.


Rockwall, Tx    LBGE, Minimax, 22" Blackstone, Pizza Party Bollore. Cast Iron Hoarder.

    Yes right finish right there.  Great results.  HC Black delivered the crust for sure.  Congrats. 
    I'm a big fan of HC black cut with straight pepper on brisket but have never used on steak.  May have to revisit that approach.  
    Louisville; Rolling smoke in the neighbourhood.  Life is too short for light/lite beer!  Seems I'm livin in a transitional period. CHEETO (aka Agent Orange) makes Nixon look like a saint.
