Lasagna - Green

It's a comfort food weekend. have not made lasagna in a while so it was time.
1) Smoked (oak) some hamburger, borrowed the Minimax grill.

2) Once hamburger was done, took the frying pan, got rid of some fat (had to keep some) and then fried some onions, mushrooms and peppers.

3) Made some green pasta from a Blendtec recipe (the green is spinach). Put it all together. Had several cheeses in there, added 'Blue Cheese' for the first time ... turned out to be a mistake as the taste overpowered the other cheese.

4) Had to make 2, one without onions, peppers and mushrooms - the other with the works. Mounted on the BGE 1/2 Moons grills which I have 2.

5) Once done, added some cheese, can never have too much cheese.

6) The Final result! It was good .... except for the Blue Cheese as stated above.
