Chili cook on the large BGE yesterday for the family today. Put in 1 1/2 lbs. of hamburger meat and about 3/4 cup of diced brisket. Used hickory and oak chunks for smoke.Comments

Looks good! But them Texas boys will object to the beans and other veggies. I like it both ways.
I hate it when I go to the kitchen for food and all I find are ingredients!

Awesome looking pot of chili. We use 3 kinds of beans in ours, and I always felt chili should have beans! My brother in Ft Worth would disagree though!
