@Dyal_SC stopped by the house today bearing gifts. When you get a gift like this, you change your plans. I wish he had the time to stay but it’s a long haul back home.

Decided to separate one of these monsters. No 1/2” hecklers here.

My nephew gifted me a sampler pack of Jacobsen Salts. I used the black garlic salt with a little fresh ground black pepper on the cap and the black pepper salt on the rest. The rosemary salt was a nice addition for the roasted red potatoes. All were on point especially that black garlic salt on a fatty piece of meat.

Getting Happy for an hour.

500F Raised Direct. Pulled at 123F

Paired with some raspberry balsamic roasted brussels. This did not suck as the kids say.

Thanks for looking. Thanks again @Dyal_SC It was good seeing you today.

Nice! I think the Jacobson stuff is pretty high quality across the board. Nice gifts.

Great cook! I have had Jacobsen salt in my cart for the last few days, and haven’t pulled the trigger. Now I think I have to.

I was in need of a lawnmower, and he provided big time... riding lawnmower with bagger. He still needs half a heffer’s worth of meat at least.caliking said:Looks terrific!

BBQ people are the best people. Both his gesture, and yours, demonstrate this yet again.Dyal_SC said:
