Last Call.........FRIDAY at noon is the end of the 3-bag box with "free" shipping.
The delivered price (per bag) on a 2-bag box is probably going to be about $5 higher per bag because of UPS's rates. FedEx is bidding our business again, but they're both about the same.
Everyone who has ordered today is boxed is ready or has shipped. We filled one truck already with 42 boxes, so waiting on the second to arrive.
This was the pile of boxes around noon. Blake @NPHuskerFL , your box is not in that pic yet, but it's ready to roll.....packed it myself (with love)!

Taking one shot here-be thankful that Rockwood uses the three letter US based carrier. Brown always comes thru.
By comparison the friggin five letter company missed the advertised delivery by a day with no climate or weather issues.
The reason for the cryptic coding is that a couple of years ago I launched a thread bemoaning the five letter carrier by name. The thread was totally sunk within 90 minutes and only three factual performance comments.
Happy New Year and I am very sad to see this option ride into the sunset.
For those who have not been here for a while, Rockwood started the on-line shipping option after Firecraft abandoned the service a few years ago.

Oh man, I'm sorry that I slept on this one and missed it! Thanks for filling us in on the details, STL.FedEx and UPS are both taking a beating by Amazon right now. People are shopping online more than ever, but the OGs aren't seeing the increase.Hopefully things change, or maybe someday we'll be able to by quality lump and have it shipped at a reasonable price with Amazon Prime.LBGE/Maryland
