I would highly suggest the Burly Weight flannels. As for the underwear; free range cotton or Bull Pen Armichillo. I have tried the others and agree with you. Buy online, from the clearance section and download the Honey app for coupons.Botch said:

I used to be able to count on good flannel shirts (XL-T) from the local farmer supply stores, but anymore the sleeves are at least four inches too short. LL Bean still make decent, correctly-sized flannels, but at $50+ apiece, they're going outside my (soon-to-be) retirement budget. Dammit.Formerly @dharley prior to some password bs.

Duluth trading is stupid expensive, but their underwear is tops in my book. Breeze Shooter and Armachillo boxers are the schnizzle.
