Y’all have any good dough recommendations for deep dish? Been awhile since I’ve made it and if I recall, I wasn’t 100% satisfied with my last attempt.

Just looked back at some old photos. Think the last time I made it was 6 years ago. *edit* used KA Flours recipe. Seems like I remember it being good, just not like the deep dish dough quality I’ve had in Chicago. A little dense.

TGIF Dyal!! We had pizza last night...but it was delivered. Needed a no fuss meal before Duke's Christmas show at school. Never really have seen many people use that pizza stone. Do you preheat it?

No preheating as per BGE’s instructions. No shame in delivery... better than the frozen pizza rolls that regularly make the rotation for us when we don’t have the time or energy. I've been working in Detroit for the past three months. I really think Detroit style pizza is best suited for the egg. I plan on creating a Detroit style pie for the egg and posting it when it doesn't suck.
