I usually baste my turkey, yesterday I used this product instead, giving the bird a coating every 45 min or so. It took about 4.5 hours, skin was nice and crispy with great coloring.

WD stands for Water Displacement.
40 is the number of formulations/attempts it took to achieve success.
Stuff I remember from High School science class I think.
