For me, nachos are up there with what the Egg does best.
got the Egg around 400F with some JD oak woode chips.
Nachos: Marble cheese. onions. red, orange and hot green peppers. Hot Italian sausage. Bacon. Olives.

Cooked until all heated up.

Ready to go with the dipping sauces: Tomatillo, Salsa, Cheez Wiz with hot pepper flakes (Some day I will make my own Cheez Whiz, but this is good for now) , Sour Cream (low fat because watching the calories), and home made guacamole (BlendTec recipe).

Thank

I agree that nachos on the egg are fantastic. Not sure why there are not more posts with them included. So simple and sooooo good--------------------------------------------------

Thanks everyone. There is something special about the Egg and Nachos .... tried them in the oven inside once and they were just not the same.
Now I just need to make some of the homemade salsa I've seen here.Dave

Love nachos! Your low fat sour cream reminds me of bud light’s real men of genius- Mr taco salad inventor, creator of a 5,000 calorie health food.EggNorth said:Thanks everyone. Now I just need to make some of the homemade salsa I've seen here.Anyway - home made salsa is all we eat. Here is our current stash. My MIL helped with a couple, the verde is hers and the chunky one on the left is dedicated for barbacoa. It’s simple and so good.
