Crispy Lemon Chicken Thighs with Shrooms

Bone in Skin on thighs hit with SnP, seared in Ghee. Once the thighs got nice and brown I threw in some garlic and let it sauté for a bit before I added some lemon juice and chicken stock, lemon slices, shrooms and sprinkled some fresh herbs. Then roasted till the chicken was done. No grill pics.
Still in the CI

Plated with a salad

The lemon created a great flavor that paired well with the raspberry vinaigrette

Awesome dinner! Love salads!
I hate it when I go to the kitchen for food and all I find are ingredients!

One more time with greatness. Congrats on that cook.
Louisville; Rolling smoke in the neighbourhood. Life is too short for light/lite beer! Seems I'm livin in a transitional period. CHEETO (aka Agent Orange) makes Nixon look like a saint. -
A most excellent meal. The chicken looks perfectly browned.Coleman, Texas
Large BGE & Mini Max for the wok. A few old camp Dutch ovens and a wood fired oven. LSG 24” cabinet offset smoker. There are a few paella pans and a Patagonia cross in the barn. A curing chamber for bacterial transformation of meats...
"Bourbon slushies. Sure you can cook on the BGE without them, but why would you?"
