Tailgate in Tuscaloosa

Had an amazing weekend in Tuscaloosa. Cooked for over 50 on the quad at the University of Alabama. Hauled my Medium and MM 1000 miles. Cooked chicken thighs, flank steak, sausage and pork tenderloin. Everyone headed to the night game happy and full. It was a very long day but I had a blast. I think doing this every weekend would be fun but not sure I could do it. A few hundred miles into our 1000 mile return trip to NJ.
