    I do, most for charity but quite a bit for hire...3 weddings, 1 baby shower and a celebration of life in 6 weeks recently .....

    Yup - using my Shirley Fab 30x80. Largest cook to date was brisket and pulled pork for 1,200 folks. Had to borrow a friends SF 24x60 to pull that one off.
    MMBGE / Large BGE / XL BGE (Craigslist Find) / SF30x80 cabinet trailer - "Ol' Mortimer" / Outdoor kitchen in progress.
