Nachos please

Made some pulled pork nachos yesterday and they were killer.  Seasoned with Pig Dust, ...topped with our house made Buckeye Blitz sauce (https://eggheadforum.com/discussion/1221097/buckeye-bbq-blitz-sauce#latest


Pig Dust 
1 part of each of the following: season salt, Turbinado sugar, black pepper (16 mesh)
1/2 part smoked paprika
1/4 part granulated garlic & granulated onion 
1/8 part ancho chili powder, Worcestershire powder
1/16 part Mono sodium glutamate, dry mustard this is about 1tbs each 

when we make it up for comps or classes we teach, we use a 1cup measure.  1T is 1/16th of a cup.
