I am going to have a get together on October 12th. Looks like Brisket, Butts, Chicken among other things yet to be determined. Location is about a mile from BB2019. If you want to come, pm me for address and more details. If you want to cook something, that will be fine too, but not necessary. I should have some egg space and the firedisc.

The brisket has been on the xl all night. Just put the 2 pork butts on the large, pork belly burnt ends a little later, and chicken after that. Looks like we are going to eat around 6:30...I drink cheap beer so I can afford good bourbon.
