No comparison. Think huge lean pork chop. My favorite method is a salt and brown sugar brine, a good rub, and roasting it with a rotisserie.Michiana, South of the border.

Are you trying to slice or pull it? I wouldn't try to shred. It's leaner than a butt, and much easier to overcook. Let us know how it turns out.Stillwater, MN
