So I've gone without my egg for the last 5 months or so and finally next week we will be moving into our new place. I have purchased a SRF Black Brisket to cook up sometime this fall and will probably grab some prime strips from Costco next week. But it got me wondering what else you fine folks like to cook once the weather gets cool. More specifically what sides and desserts? Post away!

I like to bake sweet potatoes in it. Wrap them in foil and put them in the Egg when you finish an indirect cook. Just close the vents and they will cook from the residual heat.

There's too many desserts - and it depends on what you like. Pecan pie, apple pie, and bread pudding make me think of fall. Oh and rice pudding...Coleman, Texas
Large BGE & Mini Max for the wok. A few old camp Dutch ovens and a wood fired oven. LSG 24” cabinet offset smoker. There are a few paella pans and a Patagonia cross in the barn. A curing chamber for bacterial transformation of meats...
"Bourbon slushies. Sure you can cook on the BGE without them, but why would you?"
