Best yard bird I’ve had.

Last night little Chef made some Yard Bird, it was seasoned up with Hey Grill Hey Sweet Rub!!! This rub is so good, just the right amount of heat to go with some minor sweetness. It gave the chicken a great color and the skin was nice and crisp. This yardbird was cooked at 375 using ROCKWOOD and just a kiss of smoke from Smoker Bricx maple. Little Chef made everyone’s plates and topped the chicken breast with some of BBQ Bob’s brown sugar and peach sauce.

Way to bring it home. Great looking outcome right there.
Louisville; Rolling smoke in the neighbourhood. # 38 for the win. Life is too short for light/lite beer! Seems I'm livin in a transitional period. -

Nice cook. That BBQ sauce sounds awesome. How was it?It's "Smokin Gal", not "Smoking Al".

@Rwood I’m guessing 45min to get the breast to 160 and the hind end to 170. It was cooked by Chef Norah so truth be told I didn’t tack it that well. She cooked it at 400ish indirect.
@smokingal it was amazing. I’d highly recommend it.XL BGE, KJ classic, Joe Jr, UDS x2
