big ol’ cheeseburgers and pork tenderloins. Life is good (unless you are a razorback fan that hates chessebugers and pork tenderloin-then you can’t even fallback on good food to get thru the suck-dom that is razorback football)

What's the marinade for the tenderloin on the left? Looks tasty even before it's done!#1 LBGE December 2012 • #2 SBGE February 2013 • #3 Mini May 2013A happy BGE family in Houston, TX.

That is a great cook, I'm almost equally intrigued by the dome in your egg, from the shiny appearance it looks like she has done this for you many times. Again, great cook!Chicago, IL BGE XL BGE Mini Webber Charcoal / Elmhurst, IL

I didnt marinate it. Just rubbed with holy gospel rub then glazed it with some carolina mustard sauce.caliking said:What's the marinade for the tenderloin on the left? Looks tasty even before it's done!Little Rock, AR

That egg has been used and abused. I dont do the clean burns (on purpose) and usually just scrape the crud out of the dome when it gets bad.BGEChicago said:That is a great cook, I'm almost equally intrigued by the dome in your egg, from the shiny appearance it looks like she has done this for you many times. I am old enough to remember when Arkansas and Texas was THE football game of the year, and when they played in the same conference.
Times change.
Your cook looks delicious, and I have become a huge convert to carolina sauce for pork. It is awesome."Knowledge is Good" - Emil Faber
