https://youtu.be/JV3HCxuKzasPut Junior together and made my 1st cook, Elk burgers! Really like how quick the temp came up in the Mini Max! Doing the 350* or less for a few then I can turn up the heat. Great addition to my XL. Pretty sure I'm going to like this as much as my 1st!.
Ordered a Woo with the stone and drip pan - seems like it will be a great addition though I can see more $$$ being spent at CGS.

It's lean, makes a dense burger as far as texture goes. Not gamey but not beef. Tough to put into words. Takes seasoning well. Do not over cook it!!!! That goes for any wild game. Got this guy in Montana last October.
