This weekend we will be hosting a party for 20-30 people and the consensus for food was pulled pork.
While I'm happy to do a couple of shoulders, I feel the need to add something. We already have the sides done so I'm looking for something small to add.
I will be doing turbo butts, so I'm shooting for 300-350. I have a raised rack and was thinking of doing the onion bombs someone posted before. What are some other options? Looking for something fairly easy as I won't have a lot of time to baby it.
Thanks

I stole an idea from someone here a few years ago.
Buy chili rubbed candied pinneapple chunks in the bulk section.
Wrap in bacon.
Smoke until bacon is cooked.
Maybe someone will see this and post.
They were awesome.
I suppose you could use fresh pineaplpe, too.Philly - Kansas City - Houston - Cincinnati - Dallas - Houston - Memphis - Austin - Chicago - Austin

If I'm real lazy , smoke some sausage , slice , put a pineapple chunk with a toothpick ...fast and easy

Burning lump in Downingtown, PA or diesel in Cape May, NJ.

Marinate fresh pineapple slices in Firebomb, rub them with brown sugar and grill. With fatty pulled pork something light and acidic will help cut through it.

@Gulfcoastguy: Did you mean fireball? I'm sure I triggered some NSA sensor by googling firebomb!

Since you have pulled pork, skip pork on the other item. No bacon wraps etc. Personally, I’d go with Dylan’s Baltimore Pit Beef. Doesn’t get any easier than SV.

I like the ABT and pig shots, but requires a fair amount of prep. Throwing some prepared meatballs or smoked kielbasa on and dipping in bbq saucer something is real easy and is surprisingly a hit in my experience. Also buffalo chicken dip is just heat and serve.
Most importantly enjoy the company and have fun!

Yep, I'll blame it on autocomplete true or not.SmokeyLopey said:@Gulfcoastguy: Did you mean fireball? I'm sure I triggered some NSA sensor by googling firebomb!

I like @johnnyp 's chicken parm balls. I prep them the day before and smoke the day of. Easy peasy and everyone seems to like them.
The best things in life are not things.

buffalo chicken dip is always a winner, and like the polar opposite of pulled pork

Thanks all, Buffalo chicken dip is already on the menu. I like the idea of meatballs in Costco pineapple habanero dice. Chicken park balls sounds good
