Smokey Mole Pork Chop

It's hot as balls here in Austin but my wife left for out of town today today and her parting words were:

"eat whatever you want as long as it comes from the freezer."

So, I had porkchops in the freeze.

I also had some Mole rub from last month. 

Last night, my wife made Pan Roasted Sea Bass with fresh corn puree and roasted red pepper puree and there was leftover puree.

Also. corn on the cobb with lime-sea salt.

Here we go!
