we were given a ton of veggies from our neighbors garden yesterday...so you know she had to chop them up and season them. We had squash, zucchini, hot peppers, purple bell peppers and tomatoes.  We finished them with a little honey balsamic glaze. Here are a few photos of tonight’s cook, I think she knocked it out of the park.
