Thanks for all the comments. It’s really scary how fast the years go by.
We are having some friends over on Sunday, I’m making a brisket, 2 x rotisserie chickens (brined first), Sous Vide creme Carmel and homemade blueberry ice cream. I hope I get lucky with the brisket!
