The cgs equipment allows for multi level cooking and in my opinion better coverage as far as the plate setter is concerned. The smokeware cap allows for easier inclement weather cooking, and the temp gauge...well I just like that one more aesthetically.

Only took me one cook to do that with my egg when it was new, but I was an egg rookie. Unfortunately I didn’t know about the free Rutland gaskets given away here on the forum back in 2011.

Nice setup. I have the same rack. I never used the stone. Some day....
I also got the grid extender and use it often.
