Darian what is with the bouillon? Use both the chicken and beef. Never thought of using pre-freezing.Salado TX & 30A FL: Egg Family: 3 Large and a very well used Mini, added a Mini Max when they came out (I'm good for now). Plus a couple Pit Boss Pellet Smokers.

Raichlen's gonna steal that flame kissed steak pic for sure
And great score. We call it the gray meat section, but good deals to be had, just because cuts don't look purty.#1 LBGE December 2012 • #2 SBGE February 2013 • #3 Mini May 2013A happy BGE family in Houston, TX. -

Darian, take some of that chicken and make chicken salad. A little chicken goes a long way! Chicken, mayo, celery, onion, maybe some dijon and a squeeze of lemon.
On toast, and hold the chicken.

I hate it when I go to the kitchen for food and all I find are ingredients!

You have inspired me to dive into the Sous Vide meat. Chuck roast, steak, chicken, etc. Loving the results, thank you! I have also been buying a bunch of beef 'on sale' from Kroger lately. I think the Sous Vide pushes this choice stuff, up a couple of notches...Southlake, TX and Cowhouse Creek - King, TX. 2 Large, 1 Small and a lot of Eggcessories.

Go easy on any other salt you use. I added nothing to the above steak except sprinkle of finishing salt after sliced.Thank you,DarianGalveston Texas
