ISO Heat Resistant Glove Recommendation

Ive been enjoying my XL and seem to have found the affection for doing side dishes in my cast iron. Lately its summer squash and zucchini with garlic, S&P and a little olive oil. My problem is the dam cast iron is so hawt. I have tried two silicone items that just dont cut it. a mitt, and a pot holder. Both caused me to get burned.

So besides like a glove for that I may use with a wood stove, is there a gold standard for something that would be a worthy investment?
Thanks!
