BBQ Stuffed Chicken

Stuffed chicken breasts with pulled pork and Fontina. Seasoned with J.H. chicken tickler and wrapped in prosciutto. Seemed like a good idea. Cannot disagree with that. Love it when a plan comes together. Thai marinated cucumbers from Nichole and grilled asparagus. BBQ chicken wrapped in pork.

Simply assumed bbq pork and cheese inside a chicken breast wrapped in prosciutto might be good. Just bbq chicken. Thanks brothers.Sandy Springs & Dawsonville Ga

It was at 350 dome and only took 25 minutes to hit 155 which was a slight overshoot. I'd check it starting at the 20 minute mark. Good luck!Lowcountrygamecock said:

We didn’t have fontina or pulled pork laying around so we just stuffed with cheese. One with goat cheese, one breast with a mix of Gouda mozzarella and cheddar and one with Muenster and cheddar. Prosciutto was a little salty but I suppose it’s supposed to be. We haven’t used prosciutto in a long time. We stir fried some asparagus with the small pieces of prosciutto that tore off the pack. Excellent meal. Thanks for the suggestion.

Nice work brother. I’m glad you liked it. And I like salt

LOL. Is that the product of 8 divided by 2 times (2 + 2)? Thanks for answering that conundrum. 😂Mattman3969 said:I don’t know how I missed this one but the cook is unreal x15.6258.Sandy Springs & Dawsonville Ga -
