I prep my lunches for the week.  Per a doctors suggestion I've been cutting down on carbs/sugars.  But I've gotten a little sick of chicken.  This week I did steak, zucchini and asparagus.  Topped with blue cheese and some bacon crumbles.  I'm excited to eat these!
