What are you drinking....now?

Iron Hill Brewery, one of the first microbreweries I can remember popping up, first one opened up in 1996 down the road in Newark Delaware.  Since then they opened up more than 15 locations mostly in south eastern Pennsylvania.  It's been one of my favorite restaurants for around the last 20 years & there's one in my hometown of West Chester & one in each towns where I have offices so it's always convenient.  Incredibly consistent is their trademark, so many have come and gone while they continue to experience slow & steady growth.  I learned recently of their plans to move south, already having opened their first location in Greenville South Carolina.  Next up, Atlanta!  Anyone local to these areas give them a go, you won't be disappointed.
