Delmonico Steak

Hi all,

Everyone has been so great in here to me as a new Egg owner. I’m googling recipes to cook this 1.5 inch thick boneless delmonico steak, but I can only find ribeye recipes. I’m sure they’re similar, but does anyone have a tried and true cook temp and time for this specific cut? We love med/med rare, pink, but not red and definitely not dry.
