AC help

Well my furnace fan stopped running and my AC froze up. Had a tech come out and looks like i need a new board in my furnace. It wont be in til Monday/Tuesday.
Just wondering if anyone knows how to force the condenser to run for a bit without input from the furnace? I disconnected the furnace fan/blower from the board and wired it into the wall outlet and it works. Anyway to make the condenser run? I just need a few hours to cool the house down. I would shut it off in a bit with the main breaker. I know not proper, but im a bit desperate, didnt sleep a minute last night. FYI its a central gas furnace, i had the a-coil and condensor installed seperately at a later date. Furnace is old, may need to replace entirely if i cant get a new board. Also i know its a wierd place to ask but i remember a fewh techs are on here
