I think they used have those at our Costco about 10 years ago. They were only there for one summer, and man were they good. Looks like you can order them online.

In Central New York this is referred to as a "Coney". Hoffman is a local producer of great hot dogs for more than 75 years. I always have a bag of these dogs in my freezer.
