mac and cheese on the grill?

I am thinking a smokey tint could taste pretty good. has anyone done this? if so, recipes? I have never made mac and cheese from scratch but I am interested in trying

No recipe help here as that is well covered above. However, when the situation presents itself I always cook mac & cheese under a load of ABT's. The bacon renderings and the hint of jalapeno heat (or dice up a few and throw into the M&C) really enhances the flavor. FWIW-Edit: indirect cook.Louisville; Rolling smoke in the neighbourhood. Life is too short for light/lite beer! Seems I'm livin in a transitional period. CHEETO (aka Agent Orange) makes Nixon look like a saint.
