New Toys - What Are Yours?

Moved to North Carolina - Gave my Large to a friend. Replaced with an XL and just picked up this griddle on sale at Lowes.
I am using all of my old AR rig stuff on the XL and it works great.
So.....What are your cool new toys cooking or other?

Not new but I picked this 1950's grill off Craigslist years ago. Never been used. We used it at our wedding reception for a card collector. (Reception was bbq themed) The most use it has ever seen.
