I marinated the lamb in a marinade of 1/4 cup olive oil, 1/4 cup of red wine vinegar, salt, pepper, 4 cloves garlic, handful parley, 1 sprig of rosemary chopped, in a marinade bag. I marinated for 3 hours. Cooked the lamb for 4 minutes a side. Vegies for 5 minutes per side. Fire temp was 400.BGE Large and MiniMax, Napolean 500. Obsessed with rotisserie. -
