If that truly is a BGE get it and take it to a BGE factory and tell them you want parts. They won't have any. They will give you a brand new egg. Been there, done that. Neighbor has found 2 like that over the last 6 years. Took the to the BGE factory here in Atlanta and got new ones for free.
