Did my first chicken stir-fry tonight on the MM. I must say it was pretty tasty! I used my Paella pan, which worked out surprisingly well. I sat it on the Woo ring.
LBGE, MM, & Mini. Weber Smokey Joe for a knockabout.

I just used a La Choy Teriyaki Stir Fry sauce because i had a bottle of it. It was fine, but I definitely want to experiment with sauces in the future.smokingal said:Most excellent! What kind of sauce did you use in the dish?LBGE, MM, & Mini. Weber Smokey Joe for a knockabout.

Mattman, I used a pretty small load of lump, cooking direct, because I knew that it might be hard to control flare ups given that I wouldn't be able to close the MM.Mattman3969 said:Nice cook. What kinda fire did you have below the pan?LBGE, MM, & Mini. Weber Smokey Joe for a knockabout.
