Rib roast - still learning....!

I did a small rib roast today. I controlled the temp a little better than last time and took it off the 300F indirect heat earlier. It turned out pretty well I think. Next time I’ll plate it better and take a photo BEFORE I start eating.

Yes, learning is a good thing. You need to try again, but next time cook a larger roast and invite the rest of us over to help eat it...LBGE (still waitin' for my free T-Shirt), DIgiQ DX2 (In Blue, cause it's the fastest), Heavy Duty Kick Ash Basket, Mc Farland, WI.
