Wanting to get some “toys” from CGS. What is must have. I want to basically be able to do anything. Multi level cooking, slide out option, direct and non direct at same time. Is there a go to thing to get that will allow me to do it all so to speak? Also maybe something that will allow to cook pizzas properly. Thanks!

Spider with stone, AR and the AR extender gives you all of that. That's my large setup
For the XL I have the Woo/AR combo with the optional slide
Call Tom. He'll listen to your needs and then make his recommendations

Greetings- It may be a little old school but I really like my half moon stone with the half moon raised grid from BGE. Great for starting reverse sear steaks and multi level cooking either direct or indirect. My $0.02.Cheers,Chris

For me the CGS Woo with a 16” round stone. Plenty of room for indirect cooking. No more burnt edges! https://ceramicgrillstore.com/collections/big-green-egg-large-accessories-by-ceramic-grill-store/products/large-woo-3-leg-bge?variant=18698705338426Charlotte NC - Large Big Green Egg (2009) w/Nest and Handler

You know, a lotta ins, lotta outs, lotta what-have-you's. And, uh, lotta strands to keep in my head, man. Lotta strands in old Duder's head. Luckily I'm adhering to a pretty strict, uh, drug regimen to keep my mind, you know, limber.Walter Sobchak: Nihilists! *uck me. I mean, say what you want about the tenets of National Socialism, Dude, at least it's an ethos.

best thing to do is call tom. tell him you want the sliding racks, want to do pizzas, want a spider and wok, extra stones, the drip pan etc. ask if theres anything else you will need. he is not one to over sell but if you want to do everything, buy it once, buy it right, dont look back
