using Trader Joe's dough that would shrink back from where I was stretching it, 1st time ever I busted out
the rolling pin, so no way I was going to get a round pie.
Pretty good flavor in the crust for a quickie

Just leave the dough out on the counter a little longer next time and it should open up."I've made a note never to piss you two off." - Stike

Getcher self a French rolling pin,

When you get it home, shape it into nice round dough balls and place each into a tupperware container or some such. Refrigerate if it's gonna be a while. I use these, one per dough ball...
Take it out of the fridge at least two hours before opening the dough ball.
I hate it when I go to the kitchen for food and all I find are ingredients!

If it wasn't for my BGE I'd have no use for my backyard... -
Round tastes no better than trapezoidal or triangular. This was one of my best tasting pies. Don't remember why it turned out this shape. Don't care.
