Spareribs, Wings, Beans, and Streat Corn...

Followed @Nature Boy directions for the spareribs:  https://dizzypigbbq.com/recipe/chris-competition-style-spare-ribs/

Cleaned up the bone side, cooked a slab and added it to the beans later,

Finished with a bit of Blues Hog for the board dressing, added a bit to the beans and mixed up some corn with pepper, salt, ancho chili powder, mayonnaise and parmesan cheese.

Decided to add some wing bits near the end of the cook.  They crisped up very nice with a mild smoke flavor.

All in all, a good start the BBQ weekend!
