Publix private selection souvlaki marinade. About 24 hour soak, turning few times. Red onion, 375 degrees raised direct. Bought Tzatziki from local Greek transplant... awesome eats. Egg is a chicken cooking machine. Never ceases to impress. Because of keto we ate on low carb wraps, but still excellent.

I should mention that that I have a local place I eat it at frequently. Time to eat it at home. Yours is Gawjus.Ellijay GA with a Medium & MiniMax

Which came first the chicken or the egg? I egged the chicken and then I ate his leg.

It was Kroger, sorry wife thinks it’s a good idea to buy certain things at certain stores. I can’t keep up. It’s a blue label bottle, near BBQ sauces. You can’t get to Loganville, Ga from anywhere. You have to start somewhere else

Here is a recipe that i like
Sauce, Tzatziki, GyroS, Greek, Richard Fl
INGREDIENTS:
Tzatziki Sauce
1 quart plain yogurt, Greek yogurt if available is better.
1 cup sour cream
1-3 cucumbers - peeled and grated
2 Tbs olive oil
1/2 lemon, juiced or 2-3 Tbs white vinegar
salt and pepper to taste
1 Tbs chopped fresh dill
6 cloves garlic finely minced
1-2 Tbs Fresh mint leaves chopped are an option
PROCEDURE:
1. Take the cucumber, peel, cut in half long way and remove the seeds. Grate into a small container and add a tablespoon of salt or so, let sit for an hour rinse, drain then place in a towel and squeeze the liquid out.
2. You might even use some paper towels to soak up the water. Then mix well and let sit for a day for all the flavors to infuse.
Recipe Type: Greek, Sauce

Here’s my entry into the Chicken skewer sweepstakes. I wish I made five times as much. These were great. Cubes and SV‘d the night before then used some scavengers and SPF 53 on them.

Guys, if your marinade has any acid in it, don’t soak for more than eight hours and preferably no more than two. The acid turns the meat mushy. Rubs, that’s another animal.*******Owner of a large and a beloved mini in Philadelphia
