Today did 6 baby back racks on L with CGS adj rig 3 2 1

What exactly is that set-up? The CGS Adjustable Rig looks like it only gives you 2 racks, not 3.

@whta. It is the L adj rig, spider, stone two oval grids. One slide guide and three crossbars, plus rig extender and D grid with shorter crossbar

one think i forgot to mention is that these ribs were on sale at safeway last week for $1.97 per lb
dry rub was a mix of paprika, salt, pepper, turbinado, a little oregano, and some star anise. oh a little powdered ginger and garlic powder
So each rack was $5-$6 and the results were incredible
3 2 1 method is the way to go..... 245F, and tuned it down to 210 for the last hour..... -
