Asian Burgers and Onion Rings.

Sounds weird but was really good.
Burgers - 85/15 Turkey meat, fresh ginger, fresh garlic, chopped scallions,soy sauce and sesame oil. Seared in Bertha
Removed Bertha and toasted the buns while Mrs 3969 took care of the rings
And plated with spinach on the bottom and Asian slaw on top
I was told this was a keeper and I agreed. Nice light meal.

The slaw on top of the burger is a very nice touch. Good contrast in textures. The onion rings look delectable. Definitely a keeper.It's "Smokin Gal", not "Smoking Al".
